Jim Chen presents StarLight SDX and GRP at PRAGMA’s Re-connect Webinar, July 22, 2021

Jim Chen, Associate Director of the International Center for Advanced Internet Research (iCAIR) at Northwestern University and a member of the StarLight International/National Communications Exchange Facility management team, gave the presentation “StarLight Software Defined Exchange (SDX) and The Global Research Platform (GRP)” as part of PRAGMA’s monthly Re-connect Webinar series.

PRAGMA (Pacific Rim Application and Grid Middleware Assembly) consists of individuals and institutions from around the Pacific Rim that actively collaborate with, and enable, small- to medium-sized groups to solve research problems with information technology. The PRAGMA Executive Committee, whose members are from the U.S., Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and Indonesia, began organizing monthly Re-connect Webinars, and for the July webinar, which took place July 22, 2021, Chen was one of two invited speakers.
